The word Chakra is derived from the Sanskrit word “cakra,” meaning wheel. Chakras are energy centers that transport energy from the universe around/through your physical body and aura. This Kit is designed to help unblock and cleanse your chakras.
What do I do? Lay down, dress warm, place each crystal at its appointed chakra, and relax/mediate/nap for at least 15 minutes. Place a drop of the suggested essential oil on the crystal (if you wish).
What is happening? Your Chakras are being unblocked and rebalanced. You should feel warmth in your hands and a slight energy charge between them. You will feel your heartbeat, your blood coursing, and the sensation of your chakra’s letting go or opening.
